I believe that as a teacher of Music it is important to inspire students through demonstrating good practice both as a musician and a teacher. In the long term, there is always a chance that a performance, concert or event that a student is participating in could be the initial catalyst for a lifelong love of music and academic study. Outside of music, my main interests lie in sport, travel and the countryside, especially cricket, football, golf and horse racing.
