Victoria Dorokhina

My experiences of living and working abroad, as well as my strong organisational skills allow me to adapt to different circumstances very easily so that I can find the right approach to almost every individual.   I believe in a learning environment in which students feel comfortable, where expectations and rules are consistent and clear. It is important to me that students feel safe and comfortable enough to ask questions and be themselves. I also believe that all children can and will learn.    In my free time, I enjoy reading and watching movies. I also love to travel to see new places because most of my family lives outside  of Russia.    I am proud to be part of the ISM team and look forward to a wonderful year.

Qualifications:Specialist Degree in Economics (Russian State University for the Humanities).
