On Sunday, January 20th, 13 Village Vikings will give their all in Houston’s annual marathon. These 9 students and 4 teachers are proud to collect donations on behalf of The Arbor School, an intensive educational program for any child with developmental delays, through the Run for a Reason charity program.

While training for a race like this can be daunting, these students began training a year ago at The Village School’s 4th annual charity for students with disabilities. The 16 for 16 on 16 was an event where 16 cross-country runners ran 1-mile relays consecutively for 16 hours on January 16th, accepting flat donations or per-mile sponsorships to benefit The Arbor School.
