House Polos (Fridays)
To promote the idea of being part of a team, we operate a House System. The four Houses are named after hilltribes from the North of Thailand, and they each have a particular colour associated with them: Lahu - Yellow, Yao - Blue, Karen - Green, and Akha - Red.
Staff and children are placed into one of the Houses, and on every Friday everyone comes to school wearing their House polo. As part of the school uniform, the House polos are available from the Uniform Shop. All through the year the teachers run special House events, with some based on competitions and others designed to promote a feeling of community and working together.

Key Stage 5/Senior Studies (Year 12 to Year 13)
IB Students (Year 12 & 13) wear black polos, the polo can be worn with the school pants/shorts/culottes or their own smart casual pants/skirts.
All our senior students wear a St Andrews black polo shirt. These are available from the Uniform Shop before the term starts in August.
School trousers and skirts are available from the Uniform Shop for Years 7 to 11, and our senior students have the option of buying these too. However, if Year 12 and 13 students would prefer to wear their own trousers or skirts, then they are able to do so, as long as they will be seen as portraying a formal appearance. Trousers or skirts need to be of a single colour and of a smart/semi-formal cut. Basically, this means no denim/jeans, no combat pants (with external pockets), no sportswear, and no leggings.
Shoes/trainers must have closed toes for safety reasons, which means flip-flops or sandals are not allowed. Skirts should be no shorter than those available from the Uniform Shop.
Appropriate clothing such as this should be easily found in many popular stores. As mentioned, students can also buy the school trousers and skirts from the Uniform Shop.
As is expected of all students in the school, senior students should purchase a House t-shirt to be worn on Fridays and at House events. New students will need to wait until they find out the House they have been allocated before purchasing their House shirt from the Uniform Shop.
