Our wide-ranging facilities at Chácara Flora have been thoughtfully designed for the activities of all ages, spanning Early Years through Year 13 at The British College of Brazil.

Our impressive, modern Chácara Flora campus has many large spaces, outdoor learnings spaces for the Early Years, and IB specialty spaces for our Secondary students. Our campus also features high-tech classrooms with integrated technology and digital resources that make learning interactive and stimulating for our students.

VIBRANT STUDY SPACE

With purposefully designed study rooms for every age group at Chácara Flora, we encourage excellent studying habits for students to concentrate independently or collaborate among a team. Our well-resourced libraries for Primary and Secondary students also support students’ learning through a wide selection of books from all over the world. The libraries’ spaces include comfortable reading areas to boost each child’s love for reading.

We’re especially proud to nurture and stimulate the learning our eldest students in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) with IB suites, designated areas for their work in our Maker Space and Science Labs, and collaborative open spaces. These facilities get our IB students ready for their future university environment, where they can both study together and socialise.

READY FOR INNOVATION

Our multi-purpose science lab and maker space, known simply as the ‘Maker Lab’, have been designed after MIT to encourage collaboration and cross-over between science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics. Here, our students take a practical, hands-on approach to activities, as teachers encourage them to come up with creative solutions and to embrace their curiosity.

HEALTHY AND FUN FITNESS

At Chácara Flora, we have a combination of playgrounds, hard-courts, and rubber surfaces to support the play and physical activities of all our age groups. Our indoor and outdoor athletics facilities encourage students to participate in healthy physical activity all year round and to grow in their responsibility and teamwork.

Many of our extracurricular activities and physical education classes partner with the São Paulo Athletic Club, as well. The club includes well-equipped football and rugby fields, sports courts, green areas, and even restaurants.

At Chácara Flora, our outdoor spaces for our littlest learners encourage them to embrace their activities in the open air.
