Our Key Stage 3 and 4 students follow the English National Curriculum, which culminates in their IGCSE exams at 16.

Our Key Stage 3 curriculum supports our students through the transition from primary to secondary school. At this vital stage in their education, specialist subjects embed a deeper knowledge and understanding, preparing them for their IGCSEs.
Our students follow a tailored version of the English National Curriculum, which includes English, maths, science, geography, history, drama, music, art, graphic design, digital technology, and PE. Your child will also choose two languages.
Subjects are taught by teachers who are experts in their field. We encourage active learning and critical thinking, as well as independent study. In each subject, for example, our teachers will support your child to assess their own work, identify areas for development, and set clear goals.
At Key Stage 4, our students study for their IGCSEs. Your child will follow a personalised curriculum based on their academic strengths and interests, as well as their ambitions for the future.
Our students typically study nine or ten subjects. As well as English language, English literature, maths (and/or further maths), and science, your child will choose four or five subjects from options that include geography, history, PE, computing, and languages.
Our IGCSE courses are engaging and stimulating, and teaching is personalised to each child’s needs, strengths, and interests. Our approach caters for a variety of learning styles; for students who like to work independently or in a group, as well as those who prefer to get ‘hands-on’ or immerse themselves in theory.
