I completed my Mathematics degree in 2002 and my teaching qualification in 2003. I then went on to work in schools and colleges in the Nottingham area of the United Kingdom for about 15 years. I have spent the last 5 years working at the Nord Anglia School in Guangzhou, China, which has been an amazing experience. The things that really excite me about teaching is that every day is different and you never stop learning. I love watching students gain confidence in Mathematics, as they learn new concepts and develop their understanding of the subject. I have always been fascinated by Russia and am really looking forward to working at ISM.

I particularly enjoy cycling and playing field hockey (although I am told that if I want to play hockey in Moscow I need to learn how to skate!)
