Year 5 Assistant Teacher
Chernova Ekaterina
For the last 10 years I have been working primarily with bilingual learners in a variety of international settings and I consider that multi-cultural environment stimulates students to seek challenges and become inquisitive, resilient life-long learners. We should help students to develop a growth mindset and socio-emotional skills by fostering opportunity, motivation and challenge that impact their learning. For me, my accomplishments are always my students’ accomplishments. I love children, challenges, gaining new cultural insights and the diversity that ISM offers me. I am keen to broaden my knowledge in the field of international environment. This year, I am so excited to be joining ISM: A new international team for me.
