My philosophy of teaching English as an Additional Language is that if students are engaged in what they are doing, whether listening, reading, writing or speaking, they will learn. My job is to discover the holes in my students' knowledge and help them to fill those gaps for themselves. I enjoy the satisfaction of working with students at ISM because they make such very good progress.

Qualifications:Post Graduate Certificate of Education; RSA/UCLES Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language; LCCI Diploma in Teaching English for Business (Guildhall University)
