Fabian Sanchez

Mr. Sanchez holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech and Louisiana State University, respectively. He went to United States when he was 17 years old from Colombia, South America and earned a scholarship to complete his undergraduate studies from EXXON corporation. Mr. Sanchez worked in industry for 8 years in various fields prior to transitioning to a second career in teaching, his true passion.

Mr. Sanchez has been a Secondary Science teacher, primarily in the area of Chemistry, for more than 13 years. Mr. Sanchez sees himself as a content facilitator, and his goal as an educator is to inspire and instill that “I can be successful” approach in students. To that end, Mr. Sanchez believes in motivating students and implementing a gradual release approach where students can ultimately work independently with limited guidance and supervision to achieve mastery.
