Ms. Guan graduated from RMIT in 2009 with a Bachelor of Communication in Mass Communication, and from Nanyang Technology University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Education degree in teaching Mandarin. She has been employed by the MOE (Ministry of Education) in Singapore from 2008-2018 to teach in public elementary, middle and high school. Her belief is that reading is a fundamental skill in developing a child’s brain.
