This activity has been a great opportunity to learn and enjoy a hands-on gardening project outside the classroom. We are especially proud that this project integrates and highlights our continuous effort in being a "sustainable eco-school for our community" into these Thai lessons.
Our students have already seen the fruits of their labours, as they have taken their grown products (kale, Chinese cabbage, and Thai coriander) home this week to use as ingredients in cooking their meals, certainly a delicious addition!
